नीम
दोस्तों, नीम स्वाद में कड़वा जरूर है। लेकिन असल में ये मानव शरीर के लिए बहुत ही उपयोगी है। नीम के पेड़ का चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में विशेष स्थान है। नीम के पेड़ का का हर हिस्सा अलग - अलग प्रकार से प्रयोग होता है। जैसे अगर आप ने देखा हो तो गाँवो में अगर छोटे बच्चों को दाद या फुंसी (गुमड़ी) हो जाती है। तो नीम की टहनी का बकल उतार कर और उसे थोड़े से पानी के साथ किसी ठोस वस्तु पर कुछ देर तक घिसाया जाता है। और फिर उस से बनने वाले लेप को दाद या फुंसी वाली जगह पर लगाया जाता था। जिससे बहुत जल्दी आराम होता था। और सबसे अच्छी बात यह है की इसका कोई भी साइड इफ़ेक्ट नहीं होता। लेकिन आज के समय में ना तो वो नीम है और न ही वो इलाज है। आज तो बस अंग्रेजी दवाईया ही सब कुछ है। ये बात मैं मन सकता हूँ की अंग्रेजी दवाईया हो सकता है की आप का इलाज जल्दी कर दे। लेकिन आप इस बात को भी मना नहीं कर सकते की इन दवाइयों का हमारी शरीर पर बहुत ज्यादा साइड इफ़ेक्ट होता है। मेरी आप से राय है की जितना हो सके अंग्रेजी दवाईयों के प्रयोग से बचे। और छोटे - मोटे दर्द के लिए टेबलेट ना ले। ऐसा करना आप के लिए खतरनाक साबित हो सकता है।
अब आते है नीम के फायदों पर :-

- पुराने से पुराना बुखार हो तो नीम की २०-२५ कोपल और २०-२५ काली मिर्च को आधा लीटर पानी में उबले। और फिर पानी को चार हिस्सों में बाँट ले और दो दिन सुबह - शाम पिलाए। आपका नहीं रहे गा।
