Use of is, am,are

Many people are confused about use of Article. But it's use is very easy. Now we talk about is,am,are.

Use of 'IS"

e.g. She is Indian/She's Indian
       she is = she's
In simple present tense, 'Am' is used with only 'I', I is first person and singular.
For Second person singular, 'you' we are use 'are'. Note that even though 'YOU' can be used both for singular and plural (you - all), we always use only 'are' with it. 'IS' is never used with 'YOU'.
Coming to the 3rd person pronouns, in simple present tense, for singular 3rd pronouns, 'He'/'She'/'It' - We are use 'are'.

Use of 'Am'

Saying it in English:
1. Right-- I speak English.
2. Wrong-- I am speak English.

I am speak English - is incorrect English. In simple present tense, we do not need to add 'is/am/are' before the main verb (speak).

Use of 'Are'

Right -- They are from America.
Wrong-- They is from America.

'Are' is used with 2nd person (singular/plural), and with 1st and 3rd person PLURAL nouns and pronouns. (We/They)

In simple present tense, we do not add "is/am/are" before the main verb.
